How To Make Social Media Content Creation Easier & Faster?

Content creation is one of the most fun things about being an online entrepreneur and one of the hardest. You always have to be coming up with different ideas, creating content for different channels, and it can be hard for one person to handle.

I know I've been struggling with content creation before I created efficient systems and strategies that I want to share with you.

So, if you've been struggling with content creation, you'll want to read on as these tips will change the way you work.

Let's jump in!

4 Way to Make Social Meda Content Creation Easier:

#1: Create quality content, then repurpose⁣

The easiest way to create content is to create one piece of high-quality content on a topic and then repurpose it to all different channels you're using for your business. Many successful entrepreneurs do it, even the ones who have teams working for them.

This blog post, for example, was previously my Instagram post. Then, I repurposed it to fit other social media channels as well - LinkedIn and Facebook. I might also take a sentence and create a tweet out of it as well as make a few Instagram stories, directing people back to this exact blog post.

This is such an effective way to work, and it also serves your audience well. Not everyone is going to be reading your blog, following you on all the social platforms, and listening to your podcast. So don't be afraid of repeating yourself.

And, even if you'll be repeating yourself on a few different platforms for some people, it's always good for people to hear certain things a few times before they click and impact them.

Someone might read your blog but didn't process the information completely, so seeing an Instagram story with the same content will help them process that information better.

It's my #1 strategy and the one I recommend for absolutely everyone. ⁣It's even better if you create evergreen content that you then can repurpose over and over again as it never gets irrelevant.

#2: Create a feeling ⁣

It can be difficult sometimes to know what to say and how to say it when creating content. That is why I always think about how I want my audience to feel when they're consuming my content. ⁣

How you want your reader to feel after consuming your piece of content? What emotion are you trying to create? We tent to forget certain information, but we always remember how someone made us feel. This goes for real life as well as content online.

So, when I create, I want my audience to feel excited and positive about the future, I want to empower them to take action and teach something new and useful. This way, they leave my blog or Instagram feeling good and positive, and that's how they will remember me.

Always have your end goal in mind before you even begin creating and think about what feelings your content invokes in people.

#3: Think about your audience's needs

If you've read my blog before, you know I much I believe in providing value to your audience and helping them solve their issues with your content. It's the only way you're business will ever be successful.

When I'm creating content, I often think - "what my audience would love to see right now that would cheer them up, empower them, or make them take a specific action right now?" Then I create content around the answer to this question.

Honestly, this strategy is great not only because it makes your content valuable and useful for people, but also because you'll never run out of ideas this way. Check your comments and DMs and emails to see what your audience is saying and asking you.

This way, you'll always find answers to that question, and your content creation process will be so much more streamlined.

#4: Don't be scared to give away your best tips ⁣

While you deserve to get paid for your time, you don't need to be afraid about giving away too much information for free. Why? Because it shows your audience that they can come to you for help and that you truly care about helping them.

Giving away free information is the best way to build trust and relationships with your audience before they're ready to commit to your paid services or products.

The chances are that the information you're sharing is somewhere out there already, so people can find it elsewhere for free anyway. It's better if they find it from you though, as then when they're ready to use that information you gave them and take action, they can come and get your services and paid products.

#5: Awesome start = 80% of success⁣

Do you know what 4/5 people read only headlines? Make sure that the first sentence of your content explains very clearly what exactly the audience can expect from you if they continue reading/watching. You need to grab their attention with that one sentence, or they'll move on.

That's sad and disappointing, but that's just the way it is. So, you need to be smart about the way you craft your content. Always focus on hooking people with the first sentence of your content, and you'll see results in no time.
