How To Finally Get Unstuck And Progress In Your Life

Dozens of women are asking me what they should do to not feel stuck anymore. I'm basically a professional 'helping woman get un-stuck with their business' coach at this point.

But really, after working with so many women in the last few years, I've learned one very important thing about being stuck in your business.

You don't have to be stuck if you don't want to. You just need to have the right tools to know what to do and how to do it.

Yes, it's as simple as this.

And today, I'm sharing five things I recommend all the women do when they feel like they're stuck in their life and business.

Let's jump in.

Here Are 5 Things To Do When You Feel Stuck In Business

#1: Get clear

How can you solve a problem when you can't explain what the problem is? The answer is, you can't.

The next time you feel stuck, in your life or in your business, sit down and write a list of things that keep you stuck. Take your time making this list, and don't hold back.

It's important to let all those heavy thoughts out and make sure that they're on the paper in front of you and not somewhere in your head. Once you can see the issues keeping you stuck in front of you, you can come up with a plan on what to do with them.

It's a very effective thing to do. And as with everything else in life and business, once you get clear on things that are keeping you stuck, unhappy and lost, you can start acting on them.

#2: Evaluate

So, you have all the things that are keeping you stuck in front of you. They're all written on a paper, so you have a clear mind on what is bothering you.

Now, it's time to evaluate to think why those problems are bothering you, what type of problems they are, and what you can do about them.

It should be easier to do at this point, as you have those things in front of you and not somewhere at the very end of your mind, wondering and making you feel bad.

Don't rush, take your time to really think about everything objectively and start making a plan on how you are going to approach those things that are keeping you stuck in a place you don't want to be in.

This approach to your issues is the only way to start changing things and getting ahead, so don't skip this step. Make a plan on how you can change your life.

#3: Get help

And now it's time to take action. Do it right now, don't wait for tomorrow, next week or the full moon.

Do you struggle to start your business because you don't know how/lack confidence? Go and do your research or get a business coach. Both options are very reachable for almost anyone, so you don't have an excuse to delay it anymore.

Are you feeling lost in your career path? Connect with people on LinkedIn and other networking sites where people are talking about career or contact a career coach. Find a way to talk with someone who has more information and experience than you.

Lack of confidence in your body and so you choose to avoid dates? Well, it is time to see that personal trainer or someone who will help you to work on your self-image issues. You're the only person who is holding yourself back, so take power back.

Don't just sit around with a list of problems on a piece of paper, thinking that you can't do something or can't find a way out. Get in touch with the person who is a few steps ahead of you and ask them how you could work with them. Don't try to do it alone.

If that's what is really making you feel stuck, you really need to solve it as soon as possible, or you're not going to create the life and business that you want.

#4: Listen to your own heart > others

Many people never do what they want to do in life because they're afraid of what other people will think about them. They care so much about other people's opinions that they completely forget about their own.

Don't be one of those people.

All the answers you need are inside you - you just can't hear them because of it too noisy with everybody trying to give you their opinions. So, shut down that noise and listen to yourself first. You know what's best for you and what you truly want your life to look like.

I know it can be harder to do than for me to say, but remember that you're not the only one struggling with the outside noise.

I've been there, and many other people around you have been there, but we're all capable of moving past it and living life on our own terms.

#5: Stop overthinking

Overthinking is the best quality we as people have. By doing it, we can take the smallest thing and turn it into a national catastrophe. Our mind is very good at blowing things out of proportion.

So, stay away from mindless overthinking. It's not great or productive and can be very damaging to your mental health. Clarity comes from action and not thought, so it's better to move slower, with small baby steps than don't move at all and over thing every step you take.

Get rid of the habit of overthinking things and focus on what small things you can do each day that gets you closer to your goals.

Final thoughts⁣

Nothing changes if you don't make a change. If you are just sitting around and waiting for something or somebody to come into your life and suddenly change it for the better, you're not going to get very far.

YOU are the one to make a difference. So, start doing, and you'll see how many good things will happen to you.
